Started with Award Recognition in 1988 as a bright eyed 20 year old know it all. I started in the Laser graphics dept and moved up to Account Manager with PDU and Award Components.
I enjoy all the daily challenges that come with this job.
Hobbies include Curling, and outside activities.

With over 25 years of experience in the Wholesale Distribution of trophy parts and promotion.
Carol Chae
My name is Carol Chae, and I’m a Laser engraver in Graphic department with 12 years of work experience.
I have graduated 3 years of Graphic Design/Visual Communication program at NAIT.
My passion for graphic art started when I was in high school. I always felt art was an exciting way to express myself.
Having many years of work experience, I’m dedicated to bringing the most pleasant and creative outcome to customers.
Outside my work, I enjoy cooking and doing some at-home workout through YouTube video.
Marge Lipka
Marge Lipka has been in the trophy industry for over 40 years.
Starting as a pantograph engraver & customer service in a retail environment.
Over the years graduating to the wholesale industry.
I have been with Award Components for 32 years and enjoy the challenges & craziness of our industry. It is my pleasure to build solid working relationships with our customers.
